Virtual workshop with Jillian Moreno on September 22 at 7:30-9:30 pm. This class will explore popular dye patterns of braids using already-made samples and your own samples. It will also cover combo spins, and how to manipulate a disliked braid pattern into something you do like.

Our next workshop will be a virtual 2 hour class with Jillian Moreno for 20 people. BASD will be subsidizing the material costs. Due to the limited number of spaces in the class, pre-registration is required. The $20 fee for tuition and materials can be paid by check, cash, or PayPal. The fee is non-refundable and reserves your spot in the class.

Class description: This class will explore popular dye patterns of braids using already-made samples and your own samples. It will also cover combo spins, and how to manipulate a disliked braid pattern into something you do like.

Required Tools:
– A wheel or tool to spin 3-ply yarn with
– 3 free bobbins if using a wheel
– Lazy kate or way to ply
– Niddy noddy or way to skein yarn samples
– Pen and tags to label samples

Each student will receive a unique fiber kit.
